Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules for installing and using CartPlus: Cart Drawer Upsell, operated by Hunani Infotech / SRH Web Agency.
Effective date: September 15, 2026. These terms are published at https://cartplus.srhwebagency.com/terms.
Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using CartPlus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Subscription and billing
CartPlus offers tiered recurring plans billed through Shopify Billing API: 0–200 orders $29.99/mo, 201–500 orders $34.99/mo, 501–1000 orders $54.99/mo. Paid plans have no free trial; subscription charges start when you approve the charge in Shopify and recur every 30 days. We do not collect or process app subscription card details directly.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel CartPlus by uninstalling the app from Shopify admin. If a Free downgrade option is available in the app for your shop type, you may also downgrade there. Uninstalling cancels the active app subscription so future Shopify Billing charges stop; fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, follow Shopify's billing rules — we do not run a separate refund processor. Where Shopify or applicable law requires a refund, contact us at info@srhwebagency.com and we will work with Shopify Billing to resolve it.
Service availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep CartPlus available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, CartPlus and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your Shopify store setup, product information, pricing, shipping rules, customer-facing disclosures, and compliance with laws that apply to your store. You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store where CartPlus is used.
Intellectual property
CartPlus code, design, text, branding, and related materials remain the property of Hunani Infotech / SRH Web Agency or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of CartPlus to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to CartPlus for abuse, attempted security bypass, non-payment, violation of these terms, or if required by Shopify or applicable law. You may stop using CartPlus at any time by uninstalling the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
